Following our goal of improving your experience, we have proposed that your waiting time to board the plane be shorter and more comfortable; That's why we have changed our boarding group assignment model.

 

We will notify clients who need special assistance and families with children under 2 years of age so that they can access in advance. Immediately after, we will call in groups. Each group has a number that establishes the order of preference for entry to the plane.
