Customer service

The main functions of this role are:

Our staff is the first contact with passengers and we are prepared to help them start all the procedures for their trip, carrying out check-in and boarding in each company's system, sale of auxiliary products (ancillaries) and collection of excess baggage, all functions of the boarding area related to labeling and baggage collection.
Attention to passengers in transit by helping with their connection.

We also provide additional services such as unaccompanied minors, check-in outside the airport (port/hotel), VIP/protocol, medical transportation, etc. Additionally, we require personnel to carry out the flight dispatch process, confirm the data on the loading sheet (including last minute changes) and communicate the necessary information between the agents involved.

Control and alert all the services that attend to the aircraft and intervene in the dispatch, report on the correct operation of the dispatch and/or alert the final coordination and the Crew of possible incidents.

Requirements:

  • High level of English.

  • Other languages ​​such as Spanish are valued.

  • Experience with other airlines such as customer service will be valued.

  • Not be nominated in another Iberia ROBLOX group.

  • Not be on the blacklist.

  • Be flexible.

  • Join the roblox and discrod group.
